  1  5    "Sec. ___.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act, being deemed
  1  6 of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment."
  1  7    #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1  8 figure "501" the following:  "and providing an
  1  9 effective date".
