  1  1    Amend Senate File 2405, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 5, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "others," the following:  "or which are contiguous
  1  5 with each other,".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "overlapping" the following:  "or contiguous".
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "areas." the following:  "Noncontiguous cities located
  1 10 within the same county, or contiguous counties, may
  1 11 also execute an agreement for the joint construction
  1 12 or acquisition, furnishing, operation, and maintenance
  1 13 of a regional public building or buildings for their
  1 14 common use."
  1 15    #4.  Page 2, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1 16 "overlapping" the following:  "or contiguous".
  1 17    #5.  Page 2, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1 18 "areas" the following:  ", or noncontiguous cities
  1 19 contained within the same county or contiguous
  1 20 counties,".
  1 21    #6.  By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
  1 22 and correcting internal references as necessary.
