  1  1    Amend Senate File 2066, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 4, by striking the word "or" and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "or,".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "requirements" the following:  ", or a child through
  1  7 twenty-two years of age who has not yet graduated from
  1  8 high school due to academic reasons, illness,
  1  9 disability, or other circumstances, but who is engaged
  1 10 full-time in completing high school graduation or
  1 11 equivalency requirements".
  1 12    #3.  Page 1, by inserting after line 9 the
  1 13 following:
  1 14    "Sec. ___.  Section 252H.22, subsection 2, Code
  1 15 Supplement 1997, is amended to read as follows:
  1 16    2.  The support order provides for the ongoing
  1 17 support of at least one child under the age of
  1 18 eighteen, or a child between the ages of eighteen and
  1 19 through nineteen years of age who has not yet
  1 20 graduated from high school but who is reasonably
  1 21 expected to graduate from engaged full-time in
  1 22 completing high school before attaining the age of
  1 23 nineteen graduation or equivalency requirements, or a
  1 24 child through twenty-two years of age who has not yet
  1 25 graduated from high school due to academic reasons,
  1 26 illness, disability, or other circumstances, but who
  1 27 is engaged full-time in completing high school
  1 28 graduation or equivalency requirements."
  1 29    #4.  Page 1, line 25, by inserting after the word
  1 30 "age;" the following:  "or a child through twenty-two
  1 31 years of age who has not yet graduated from high
  1 32 school due to academic reasons, illness, disability,
  1 33 or other circumstances, but who is engaged full-time
  1 34 in completing high school graduation or equivalency
  1 35 requirements,".
  1 36    #5.  By renumbering as necessary.
