  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 21, by striking the word "shall"
  1  4 and inserting the following:  "may".
  1  5    #2.  Page 3, by striking lines 21 through 31 and
  1  6 inserting the following:
  1  7    "b.  If the inmate or prisoner has no good conduct
  1  8 time credits to deduct, the order of the court or the
  1  9 disciplinary hearing may deduct up to fifty percent of
  1 10 the average".
  1 11    #3.  Page 4, by striking lines 3 and 4.
  1 12    #4.  By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
  1 13 and correcting internal references as necessary.
