  1  1    Amend Senate File 2415 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 16, by inserting after line 16, the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "___.  A corporation shall not provide financing to
  1  5 a person for the acquisition, construction, or
  1  6 expansion of a facility used for slaughtering
  1  7 livestock as defined in section 717.1, if the facility
  1  8 is located or is proposed to be located within a city
  1  9 having a population of two hundred thousand or more.
  1 10 A person who violates this subsection shall
  1 11 immediately repay the full amount of the financing
  1 12 provided by the corporation."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
