  1  1    Amend Senate File 2415 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 16, by inserting after line 21 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "2A.  In order to receive financing, a corporation
  1  5 must meet all of the requirements specified in section
  1  6 15.329, subsections 1 and 2, except for the
  1  7 requirements provided in subsection 1, paragraphs "e"
  1  8 and "f", of that section, and in subsection 2,
  1  9 paragraphs "b" and "c", of that section."
