1 7 It is the intent of the general assembly that funds
1 8 appropriated in this subsection are to be used for the
1 9 facilities that the department has determined need
1 10 renovation and expansion to insure the safety of the
1 11 surrounding community."
1 12 #2. Page 5, line 11, by striking the figure
1 13 "4,500,000" and inserting the following: "3,500,000".
1 14 #3. Title page 1, line 9, by striking the word
1 15 "and".
1 16 #4. Title page 1, line 10, by inserting after the
1 17 word "Madison" the following: ", and for the
1 18 renovation and construction of community-based
1 19 correctional facilities".
1 20 #5. By renumbering as necessary.
