  1  1    Amend Senate File 2373, as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 6, by striking the words "one
  1  3 year" and inserting the following:  "no less than one
  1  4 and no more than five years".
  1  5    #2.  Page 2, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "limited." the following:  "A no-contact order which
  1  7 is extended pursuant to this section shall, on the
  1  8 date of expiration of the extended no-contact order,
  1  9 automatically be re-extended for a like period of time
  1 10 unless the victim files a petition with the court
  1 11 stating that the defendant no longer poses a threat to
  1 12 the victim, persons residing with the victim, or
  1 13 members of the victim's immediate family."
