1 1 Amend Senate File 2221 as follows:
1 2 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 21 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "3. In addition to the provisions of subsection 1,
1 5 when an action for contempt of an order or decree
1 6 providing for visitation is brought against a party on
1 7 the grounds that the party has willfully disobeyed the
1 8 provisions for visitation, and the court determines
1 9 that the party is in contempt of the order or decree,
1 10 the costs of the proceeding, including reasonable
1 11 attorney's fees, shall be taxed against that party."
1 12 #2. Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
1 13 word "support" the following: "or violation of a
1 14 visitation order".
