  1  5 inserting the following:  "ending June 30, 1999:
  1  6    a.  For the historical site preservation grant
  1  7 program:"
  1  8    #2.  Page 5, by inserting after line 49 the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "b.  For a welcome center at Okoboji:
