  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-3527, to Senate File
  1  2 529, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 17 through 19 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 19, by striking lines 3 through 6 and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "It is the intent of the general assembly that
  1  9 lottery advertising promote or educate the public on
  1 10 benefits of the lottery to Iowa, that the advertising
  1 11 not focus solely on winning, and that the advertising
  1 12 not be targeted toward minors.
  1 13    It is further the intent of the general assembly
  1 14 that none"."
