  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3527, to Senate File 529, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 6 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 9, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "Sec.    .  NONREVERSION.  Notwithstanding section
  1  9 8.33, unobligated moneys remaining on June 30, 1997,
  1 10 from moneys appropriated to the department of general
  1 11 services in 1996 Iowa Acts, chapter 1219, section 44,
  1 12 shall not revert to the general fund of the state but
  1 13 shall be available for expenditure for the following
  1 14 fiscal year for the purposes for which appropriated.""
