  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-3603, Senate File 533,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 4 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 12, by inserting before line 8 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "14.  It is the intent of the general assembly that
  1  9 the department of corrections shall implement a
  1 10 restorative justice plan in each correctional facility
  1 11 under the control of the department by July 1, 1998.""
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
