  1  1    Amend Senate File 367 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 5, by striking the words "–
  1  3 DISCLOSURE NOT MANDATED".
  1  4    #2.  Page 2, by striking lines 10 and 11 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "material adverse fact, but
  1  6 is information required to be disclosed under section
  1  7 558A.4, if the event which stigmatized the real estate
  1  8 occurred during the period of ownership of the current
  1  9 owner."
  1 10    #3.  Page 2, line 21, by striking the word
  1 11 "allegedly".
  1 12    #4.  Page 2, by inserting after line 29 the
  1 13 following:
  1 14    "Sec. ___.  Section 2 of this Act takes effect
  1 15 January 1, 1998."
  1 16    #5.  By renumbering as necessary.
