  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-3603, to Senate File
  1  2 533, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 5 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 24, by inserting after line 26 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "In addition to the moneys appropriated in this
  1  9 subsection and notwithstanding contrary provisions of
  1 10 section 904.508A, there is appropriated to the Iowa
  1 11 law enforcement academy from the inmate telephone
  1 12 rebate fund created in section 904.508A an additional
  1 13 $90,000 to be used for the purposes provided in this
  1 14 subsection.""
