  1  7    #3.  Page 1, line 17, by striking the word "shall"
  1  8 and inserting the following:  "shall may".
  1  9    #4.  Page 1, line 19, by striking the words
  1 10 "October election date" and inserting the following:
  1 11 "next annual election".
  1 12    #5.  Page 1, line 29, by striking the words "in
  1 13 September October" and inserting the following:  "in
  1 14 September".
