  1  1    Amend House File 330, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 16 and 17 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "The funds generated from
  1  5 the checkoff are appropriated to the department of
  1  6 justice and shall be used by the crime victim
  1  7 assistance division for the".
  1  8    #2.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1  9 word "services" the following:  ", making an
  1 10 appropriation,".
