  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3363, to House File 707, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by striking line 2 and inserting the
  1  5 following:  "motor vehicle, except for the following:
  1  6    a.  One conviction or".
  1  7    #2.  Page 2, line 7, by striking the word "a." and
  1  8 inserting the following:  "(1)".
  1  9    #3.  Page 2, line 9, by striking the word "b." and
  1 10 inserting the following:  "(2)".
  1 11    #4.  Page 2, by inserting before line 14 the
  1 12 following:
  1 13    "b.  A conviction or revocation under section
  1 14 321J.2 shall be deleted from the operating records
  1 15 twelve years after the date of conviction or the
  1 16 effective date of revocation."
  1 17    #5.  By renumbering, relettering, and correcting
  1 18 internal references as necessary.
