  1  1    Amend House File 383, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 7 and inserting the
  1  4 following:  "freeway primary, and primary highways,
  1  5 and highways, subject to the approval".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, line 12, by inserting after the words
  1  7 "to the" the following:  "interstate".
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, line 21, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "reconstruction." the following:  "For purposes of
  1 10 this section, "interstate rest area" means a rest
  1 11 area, as defined in section 306C.10, which is located
  1 12 entirely on the interstate right-of-way."
