  1  1    Amend Senate File 533 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 11, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "13.  It is the intent of the general assembly that
  1  5 the department of corrections shall implement a
  1  6 restorative justice plan in each correctional facility
  1  7 under the control of the department by July 1, 1998."
  1  8    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
