  1  1    Amend Senate File 533 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 11, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "13.  It is the intent of the general assembly that
  1  5 the department of corrections shall provide that
  1  6 inmates in correctional facilities under the control
  1  7 of the department shall not have access to cable
  1  8 television in the inmate's cell or in other areas in
  1  9 which inmates have access.  The department of
  1 10 corrections may permit access to cable television in
  1 11 correctional facilities under the control of the
  1 12 department."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
