  1  2    #1.  Page 9, by inserting after line 15 the

  1  4    "It is the intent of the general assembly that the
  1  5 lieutenant governor shall serve as the director of the
  1  6 department of commerce, notwithstanding section 546.2,
  1  7 subsection 2."
