  1  1    Amend Senate File 529 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 21, by inserting after line 34 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  LEGISLATIVE LIAISONS.
  1  5    It is the intent of the general assembly that each
  1  6 state agency or state office receiving an
  1  7 appropriation pursuant to this Act shall employ only
  1  8 one legislative liaison to represent the state agency
  1  9 or state office before the general assembly."
