  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3258, to Senate File 503 as
  1  2 follows
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 16, by inserting before the word
  1  4 "treatment" the following:  "formal supervision and".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 23 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "#   .  Page 6, line 11, by inserting after the
  1  8 word "confinement" the following:  "and shall be
  1  9 monitored as part of the formal probation or parole
  1 10 supervision which is performed by the person's
  1 11 probation or parole officer"."
