  1  1    Amend Senate File 503 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 142B.6, unnumbered paragraph 3,
  1  5 Code 1997, is amended by striking the paragraph."
  1  6    #2.  Page 14, by inserting after line 14 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "Sec.    .  Section 453A.56, Code 1997, is
  1  9 repealed."
  1 10    #3.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1 11 word "minors," the following:  "providing for
  1 12 application of local laws and regulations to cigarette
  1 13 and tobacco products,".
  1 14    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
