  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3188, to Senate File 503 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, lines 15 and 16, by striking the words
  1  4 "law enforcement officer" and inserting the following:
  1  5 "public official".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, line 19, by striking the words "LAW
  1  7 ENFORCEMENT OFFICER" and inserting the following:
  1  8 "PUBLIC OFFICIAL".
  1  9    #3.  Page 1, line 20, by striking the words "law
  1 10 enforcement officer" and inserting the following:
  1 11 "public official".
  1 12    #4.  Page 1, line 21, by striking the word
  1 13 "officer" and inserting the following:  "official".
  1 14    #5.  Page 1, line 23, by striking the word
  1 15 "officer" and inserting the following:  "official".
  1 16    #6.  Page 1, line 24, by striking the word
  1 17 "officer" and inserting the following:  "official".
  1 18    #7.  Page 1, lines 25 and 26, by striking the words
  1 19 ""law enforcement officer" means a peace officer" and
  1 20 inserting the following:  ""public official" means a
  1 21 person who serves or is".
  1 22    #8.  Page 1, line 31, by striking the words "law
  1 23 enforcement officer" and inserting the following:
  1 24 "public official".
