  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "7.  To any effort to promote, identify, celebrate,
  1  5 or increase public awareness of local community
  1  6 heritage throughout the state, including the promotion
  1  7 of the ethnic heritage of a community or series of
  1  8 communities in order to establish that community or
  1  9 series of communities as a center for tourism."
