  1  1    Amend Senate Resolution 1 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 37, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  3 following:  
  1  4                        "Rule 45A
  1  5                   Smoking Prohibited
  1  6    Smoking shall not be permitted in the senate or in
  1  7 any area of the capitol building controlled by the
  1  8 senate or controlled jointly by the senate and house."
