  1  1    Amend Senate Resolution 1 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 37, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  3 following:  
  1  4                       "Rule 45A
  1  5                        Smoking
  1  6    Smoking shall not be permitted in any area under
  1  7 exclusive control of the senate by anyone other than
  1  8 senators, staff of the senate, and staff of central
  1  9 legislative staff agencies when assigned to work in
  1 10 the senate."
