  1  4 PROVIDING FOR THE CONTINUED OPERATION OF THE DEPARTMENT
  1  5    OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND INCLUDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

  1  7 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:

  1  9    Section 1.  Section 216A.5, Code 1997, is repealed.
  1 10    Sec. 2.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act, being deemed of
  1 11 immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment.
