  1  4 RELATING TO THE CRITERIA FOR PLACEMENT OF DELINQUENT CHILDREN,
  1  5    FOR WHOM GUARDIANSHIP HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE DIRECTOR
  1  6    OF HUMAN SERVICES, IN CERTAIN FACILITIES.

  1  8 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
  1  9 
  1 10    Section 1.  Section 232.52, subsection 2, paragraph e,
  1 11 subparagraph (4), Code 1997, is amended to read as follows:
  1 12    (4)  The child has previously been placed in a treatment
  1 13 facility outside the child's home or in a supervised community
  1 14 treatment program established pursuant to section 232.191,
  1 15 subsection 4, as a result of a prior delinquency adjudication.
