  1  1    Section 1.  Section 99B.7, subsection 1, paragraph l,
  1  2 subparagraph (2), Code 1997, is amended to read as follows:
  1  3    (2)  No free prize or other gift is given to a participant.
  1  4 However, one or more door prizes of a value not to exceed ten
  1  5 two hundred dollars each may be given by random drawing.  
  1  6                           EXPLANATION
  1  7    This bill provides that a qualified organization may give
  1  8 one or more door prizes having a value of $200 each during a
  1  9 game or raffle event at a specified location.  The current
  1 10 value of each door prize is $10.
