1 1 Section 1. NEW SECTION. 322C.13 TRAVEL TRAILER DEALER
1 2 BUSINESS HOURS.
1 3 A travel trailer dealer is not required to maintain regular
1 4 business hours at the dealer's principal place of business or
1 5 other place of business during the months of December,
1 6 January, or February. The department may adopt rules
1 7 applicable to such dealers requiring regular business hours
1 8 during the months of March through November.
1 9 EXPLANATION
1 10 This bill provides that a travel trailer dealer is not
1 11 required to maintain regular business hours at the dealer's
1 12 principal place of business or other business locations during
1 13 December, January, or February. Currently, 761 IAC 425.3
1 14 requires that such dealers be consistently open to the public
1 15 for a minimum of 32 posted hours each week between Monday and
1 16 Friday, inclusive.
