  1  1    Amend Senate File 2415, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 12, by striking lines 25 through 28 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "articles shall provide that
  1  5 an audit of the corporation must be conducted each
  1  6 year for the preceding year by a certified public
  1  7 accountant licensed pursuant to chapter 542C.  The
  1  8 auditor of state may audit the books and accounts of
  1  9 the corporation at any time.  The results of the
  1 10 annual audit and any audit for the current year
  1 11 conducted by the auditor of state shall be included as
  1 12 part of the report."
