1 3 #1. Page 11, by inserting after line 23 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "___. A corporation shall not provide financing to
1 6 support an agricultural products processor which has
1 7 closed or substantially reduced the operations of an
1 8 agricultural products processing facility in one area
1 9 of the state and relocated substantially the same
1 10 facility elsewhere in the state. However, this
1 11 subsection does not prohibit an agricultural products
1 12 processor from expanding a facility, if existing
1 13 operations of a facility of a similar nature in the
1 14 state are not closed or substantially reduced."
1 15 #2. By renumbering as necessary.
