  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 16, line 20, by striking the word "may"
  1  4 and inserting the word "shall".
  1  5    #2.  Page 16, line 21, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "division." the following:  "The rules shall include a
  1  7 provision prohibiting any person who receives
  1  8 financial assistance from a corporation under this
  1  9 division from receiving assistance from the community
  1 10 economic betterment program account established under
  1 11 section 15.320."
