  1  3    #1.  Page 16, by inserting after line 6, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  A corporation shall not provide financing to
  1  6 an eligible person to support an Iowa agricultural
  1  7 industry venture, unless the eligible person
  1  8 demonstrates that the person cannot obtain a loan from
  1  9 conventional sources of financing, after considering
  1 10 the person's net worth, debt-to-asset ratio, debt
  1 11 service coverage ratio, projected income, and
  1 12 projected cash flow."
