  1  1    Amend Senate File 2415, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 16, by inserting after line 6, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  A corporation shall not provide financing to
  1  6 an eligible person to support an Iowa agricultural
  1  7 industry venture, unless the eligible person has been
  1  8 denied a loan for the venture by at least three
  1  9 lenders engaged in the business of financing capital
  1 10 ventures, by using customary lending standards and
  1 11 practices."
