  1  1    Amend Senate Joint Resolution 2004, as passed by
  1  2 the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 20 through 28 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "___.  If a surplus will exist at the end of a
  1  6 fiscal year, the state general fund expenditure
  1  7 limitation amount provided for in subsection 3 for the
  1  8 subsequent fiscal year shall be readjusted to include
  1  9 one hundred percent of the amount of the surplus.  For
  1 10 purposes".
