  1  1    Amend Senate Joint Resolution 2004, as passed, by
  1  2 the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 2, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "section" the following:  ", as required in subsection
  1  5 5".
  1  6    #2.  Page 2, by striking lines 20 through 28 and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "5.  If the surplus at the end of a fiscal year
  1  9 will equal less than ten percent of the adjusted
  1 10 revenue estimate for the fiscal year, the state
  1 11 general fund expenditure limitation shall apply to the
  1 12 following fiscal year as calculated under this
