1 3 #1. Page 3, by inserting after line 11 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "___. The budget submitted by the Governor and
1 6 passed by the General Assembly shall provide full
1 7 funding of any education instructional support
1 8 programs provided for by law."
1 9 #2. Page 3, by inserting after line 11 the
1 10 following:
1 11 "___. The budget submitted by the Governor and
1 12 passed by the General Assembly shall provide full
1 13 funding of any educational programs provided for by
1 14 law for talented and gifted students in elementary and
1 15 secondary grades."
1 16 #3. Page 3, by inserting after line 11 the
1 17 following:
1 18 "___. The budget submitted by the Governor and
1 19 passed by the General Assembly shall provide for
1 20 timely state aid payments to schools."
1 21 #4. By renumbering as necessary.
