  1  1    Amend Senate Joint Resolution 2004, as passed by
  1  2 the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 34 and 35 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "3 shall not include federal
  1  5 funds; donations; the unemployment trust fund; moneys
  1  6 in the road use tax fund, the fish and game trust
  1  7 fund, and any other constitutionally dedicated moneys;
  1  8 and moneys in expenditures from a state".
