1 2 the Senate, as follows:
1 3 #1. Page 3, by inserting after line 1 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "___. Any expenditure made for education purposes
1 6 shall not be considered an expenditure for purposes of
1 7 the state general fund expenditure limitation."
1 8 #2. Page 3, by inserting after line 1 the
1 9 following:
1 10 "___. Any expenditure made for resource
1 11 enhancement and protection purposes shall not be
1 12 considered an expenditure for purposes of the state
1 13 general fund expenditure limitation."
1 14 #3. Page 3, by inserting after line 1 the
1 15 following:
1 16 "___. Any expenditure made for the purpose of
1 17 providing health care for the elderly shall not be
1 18 considered an expenditure for purposes of the state
1 19 general fund expenditure limitation."
1 20 #4. Page 3, by inserting after line 1 the
1 21 following:
1 22 "___. Any expenditure made for purposes of funding
1 23 early childhood programs shall not be considered an
1 24 expenditure for purposes of the state general fund
1 25 expenditure limitation."
1 26 #5. By renumbering as necessary.
