  1  1    Amend Senate Joint Resolution 2004, as passed by
  1  2 the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "___.  Local taxing jurisdictions shall be
  1  6 reimbursed by the state one hundred percent of the
  1  7 loss in property tax revenue resulting from property
  1  8 tax credits provided to the following:
  1  9    a.  Homesteads based upon home ownership.
  1 10    b.  Agricultural land based upon school district
  1 11 levies.
  1 12    c.  Family farms based upon school district levies.
  1 13    d.  Military veterans based upon time and length of
  1 14 service."
