  1  1    Amend Senate File 2410, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 20, by inserting after line 16 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "___.  Effective with the fiscal year beginning
  1  6 July 1, 1998, the department shall revise the
  1  7 eligibility provision for the home and community-based
  1  8 services waiver for persons with brain injury which
  1  9 requires that a person must reside in a medical
  1 10 institution to eliminate the requirement for a minimum
  1 11 of thirty days' residence."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
