  1  1    Amend Senate Joint Resolution 2004, as passed by
  1  2 the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, line 22, by striking the words "tax
  1  4 or" and inserting the following:  "tax,".
  1  5    #2.  Page 3, line 23, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "taxes," the following:  "or enacting, amending, or
  1  7 repealing provisions relating to state-imposed fees,".
  1  8    #3.  Page 3, line 30, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "government." the following:  "The requirements of
  1 10 this section apply to fees imposed by the state,
  1 11 regardless of the means of collection, which are
  1 12 collected in exchange for goods or services provided
  1 13 by state government."
