  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 45 through 48 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 54, by striking line 34 and inserting
  1  7 the following:  "physician, chiropractic, and dental
  1  8 services and durable medical equipment under this
  1  9 subsection, the"."
  1 10    #2.  Page 3, line 5, by striking the figure
  1 11 "279B.11" and inserting the following:  "239B.11".
  1 12    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
