  1  6    #3.  Page 2, by striking lines 22 through 32 and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "3.  A cause of action shall arise against a real
  1  9 estate broker or salesperson for the failure to
  1 10 disclose to a buyer or other transferee of real estate
  1 11 that the transferred real estate is or might be
  1 12 stigmatized real estate.  This section shall not be".
