  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "6A.  Any housing and residential development which
  1  5 is part of an urban renewal project in an urban
  1  6 renewal area and any property receiving a tax
  1  7 exemption pursuant to chapter 404 shall not be
  1  8 eligible to receive incentives and assistance provided
  1  9 in subsection 6."
