  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 6 through 8 and
  1  5 inserting the following:

  1  7 inserting the following:  "conducted by an
  1  8 environmental auditor certified by the board of
  1  9 environmental auditor certifications that is designed
  1 10 to"."
